An IFG Business Consulting Review (BCR) inspired, motivated and empowered the shareholders of a German “dormant” OEM to re-launch a certified commercial turbine aircraft to the global markets. IFG’s initial consulting and advisory services, expertise, strategic and business plan guidance yielded, amongst other gains, an updated valuation with a circa US$90 million program assets value increase.

 

Subsequently, IFG successfully planned and executed a multi-year multi-US$ million consulting and outsourced “C-Suite executive management” engagement for all aspects of the Clients’  USA OEM activities, corporate relocation, technical and commercial operations. (read more)

 

IFG services culminated with the cost effective re-launch and re-location of the OEM program from Europe to North America. IFG’s Board Advisory Services (BAS) enabled Flight Research Associates to re-define its corporate strategy and business plans.  IFG structured and implemented a strategy that resulted in the expansion of the business through a Holding-Group of Companies structure.

Through a multi-year contract, IFG delivered a comprehensive Marketing Strategic Plan and integrated Marketing and Commercial Services (iMACS) to the Brooksville-Tampa Bay (KBKV) regional airport’s senior management and County Economic Development officials. The plan gave BKV’s airport technology and commercial tools to ensure its tenants, stakeholders and County residents were well served with state of the art customer resource management tools.

 

IFG’s Marketing Plan was blended seamlessly with BKV’s Master and Business Plan updates as required by the US Federal Aviation Administration. The Marketing Plan was actioned and supported by IFG’s executives for over a year after the Marketing, Business and Master Plans were finalized. BKV’s airport Senior Management and Hernando County realized commercial, economic and business development gains well in excess of the contract fees paid.
